摘要 目前,芋头的分选全部是以手工方式进行,不仅劳动强度大、生产效率低,且挑选出来的芋头大小不完全统一。为此,对芋头分选机进行了整体设计,侧重于对分选机构等关键部件。分选机构利用分选轴间距的大小,通过辊轴旋转且配合输送机构不断向前传送的机械方式,实现对芋头按尺寸进行大小连续分选。试验结果表明:样机分级合格率、损伤率、噪声、吨料电耗和生产率平均值分别为96.4%、0.176%、63.4dB(A)、0.164kW·h/t和5500kg/h,主要性能指标达到设计要求,作业质量满足分选要求。该机自动化程度高,操作方便,分选效率高,最大程度保护芋头不受损伤,能大大减轻劳动强度,节本增效。 At present,taro sorting is all done by hand,which not only has high labor intensity and low production efficiency,but also the size of taro is not entirely uniform.Through the overall design of taro sorter,this paper focuses on the design of key components such as sorting mechanism.The sorting mechanism makes use of the mechanical mode of the distance between sorting axles,rotating through the roller axle and continuously transmitting forward with the conveying mechanism to realize the continuous sorting of taro according to its size.The test results show that the average classification qualification rate,damage rate,noise,power consumption per ton of material and productivity of the prototype are 96.4%,0.176%,63.4 dB(A)and 0.164 kW·h/t,5500 kg/h,respectively.The main performance indicators meet the design requirements,and the operation quality meets the separation requirements.The machine has high automation,easy operation,high sorting efficiency,maximum protection from taro damage,can greatly reduce labor intensity,save costs and increase efficiency.
