摘要
针对现有滚筒式辣椒除柄机除净率低、传动稳定性差、剪切机构不易调整和更换、环境污染严重等问题进行了改进设计。设计的滚筒与滚筒驱动装置直接连接,提高了传动稳定性;剪切机构改为主动式,并增设调整装置,可精确调整与滚筒之间的相对位置,提高除净率;刀片不与滚筒壁外表面直接接触,彻底解决了刀片与筒壁之间的磨损问题,延长刀片的使用寿命;增设螺旋线状搅动机构,加大辣椒的翻滚程度,提高了除柄效率;增设除尘装置,及时排出除柄过程中产生的粉尘和气味,既减轻对环境的污染,又避免了设备因粉尘入侵而导致的损坏和老化,延长其使用寿命;增设监控装置,可实时监控设备内部的运转状况。试验结果表明:改进后的辣椒除柄机各项性能指标均达到了规定标准和用户的使用要求,从根本上解决了粉尘和气味对环境的污染问题。本文可为辣椒除柄装备的后续研究及其产业化提供技术参考。
In view of the existing problems such as low cleaning rate,poor transmission stability,difficult adjustment and replacement of shear mechanism,and serious environmental pollution,the improved design of pepper handle removal machine was conducted.The designed drum was directly connected with the drum drive device to improve the transmission stability.The shear mechanism was changed to active type,and the adjustment device was added,which could accurately adjust the relative position between the drum to improve the cleaning rate.The blade was not in direct contact with the outer surface of the drum wall,which completely solves the problem of wear between the blade and the drum wall and prolongs the service life of the blade.The helical linear stirring mechanism was added to increase the rolling degree of pepper,and the efficiency of handle removal was improved.Dust removal device was added to timely discharge the dust and odor generated during the process of removing handle,which could not only to reduce environmental pollution,but also avoid the damage and aging of the equipment caused by dust invasion to extend its service life.A monitoring device was added,which could monitor the internal operation of the equipment in real time.The test results showed that the performance indexes of the improved pepper handle removal machine all reached the standard and requirements,and the pollution of dust and odor to the environment was solved fundamentally.This paper could provide technical reference for the following research and industrialization of the equipment.
