摘要
针对在南方稻油轮作的种植方式中,油菜移栽密度高及现阶段机具作业效率低等问题,提出了一种厢面开植苗沟槽的移栽方法。为了验证植苗沟槽的成形机理,采用了EDEM软件分析了植苗沟槽的成形过程,建立了土壤含水率在30%与12%时的EDEM土壤模型。通过仿真试验分析了土壤在2、4、6、8cm处的回土特性,得出了土壤之间的粘性力与回土率相关性。试验结果与仿真结果十分接近,证明了模型的可靠性。
Aiming at the problems of high transplanting density of rapeseed and low efficiency of machine operation in rice-oil rotation cultivation in the south of China.A new method of transplanting seedlings in seedling trench was proposed.In order to verify the formation mechanism of seedling groove,EDEM software was used to analyze the formation process of seedling groove.EDEM soil model with soil moisture content of 30%and 12%was established.The characteristics of soil at 2 cm,4 cm,6 cm and 8 cm were analyzed by simulation experiments.It was concluded that there was a significant correlation between soil cohesion and soil return rate.The errors of actual machine test results and simulation results were close,which proved the reliability of the model.
