变频变幅振动深松试验台的设计与试验 被引量:4

摘要 为了实现振动深松作业时振频和振幅的无级调节,以适应不同物理性质的土壤进行深松作业,达到减阻深松、节省能耗的目的。为此,采用伺服油缸振动技术设计了一台可变频变幅的振动深松试验台,以测试不同土壤条件下振动深松的最佳工作参数,为振动深松机具的优化设计提供理论依据。试验结果表明:试验台最大振动幅度大于20mm,最大振动频率响应大于50Hz、振动频率0~30Hz、振动幅度0~10mm时,频率响应小于1dB,振幅误差小于4.2%,性能稳定且达到设计要求。 In order to realize the stepless adjustment of vibration frequency and amplitude in vibration deep loosening operation,adapt to the different physical properties of deep loose soil,to achieve the purpose of reducing drag,deep loose and saving energy,a vibrating deep loose test bench adopts servo cylinder vibration technology.The frequency conversion and amplitude are designed to obtain the best working parameters of deep vibration under different soil conditions,which provides a theoretical basis for the optimal design of the vibration deepening machine.The test results show that the maximum vibration amplitude is greater than 20 mm,and the maximum vibration frequency response is greater than 50 Hz.When the vibration frequency is 0-30 Hz and the vibration amplitude is 0,the frequency response is less than 1 dB.10 mm,the amplitude error is less than 4.2%.The test bench has stable performance and meets the design requirements.
