改革开放40年,江苏把满足社会成员终身学习、终身发展的需求确立为终身教育模式构建与发展的价值取向,提高决策的主动性和实践的精准度,已见成效。江苏在构建正规学校教育、成人高等教育、社会教育的基础上,特别致力于终身教育模式构建现实载体的创新。在新时代,江苏终身教育模式构建与发展也面临挑战,为此必须聚合江苏优势,把满足人民群众日益增长的美好生活需要作为努力方向,建构适合的终身教育模式;打通终身教育子系统间壁垒,构建终身教育立交模式;强化内涵建设,创新终身教育模式;增强社会全员参与意识,构建终身教育保障模式。

In the 40 years of reform and opening,the value orientation of Jiangsu in constructing and improving lifelong education mode is meeting the needs of the social members in lifelong study and progress.Some effects have been achieved in the initiative of decision making and in the precision of practice.On the basis of its model construction of regular school education,adult higher education and social education,Jiangsu Province has made special efforts in innovating the actual carrier of the model construction of lifelong education.In the new era,we should combine the advantages of Jiangsu Province,aim at meeting people s increasing needs for good life,break up the barriers between the sub-systems of lifelong education,strengthen the practical construction,and enhance the social awareness of participation so that a proper,three-dimension,novel and guaranteed model of lifelong education can be well established.
