摘要
通过对“双一流”高校关于国家奖学金评审条件的扎根分析,结合2014年提出的中国学生发展核心素养,可以构建起以自主发展和社会参与为基础,以自主学习、自我管理、实践参与、责任担当四大素养为框架的“双一流”高校国家奖学金获得者能力素养的理论模型;而通过模型构建,则可以为高校人才培养提供相应的实践理路。
Taking into consideration the competence framework in the growth of Chinese students,proposed in 2014,the grounded analysis of the National Scholarship criteria in “Double First-class”universities provides a basis for the competence model of National Scholarship winners in “Double First-class”universities.In this model,autonomous development and social participation are the foundation and the framework is composed of autonomous learning,self management,practical participation and responsibility assuming.The model of this sort is expected to offer some practical approaches for universities in their talent cultivation.
