“双一流”建设中学生党员评价体系研究——以同济大学为例

A Study of Student Party Member Evaluation System in the“ Double First-class”Universities

“双一流”建设对高校党建工作提出了更高政治站位、更高建设标准、更强治理能力等要求。大学生党员质量关系高校学生党建工作的生力功效,建构一流高校学生党员评价体系是创建一流党建促进一流高校发展的创新探索。结合同济大学以“一流党建”促“一流高校”建设的实践探索,根据国家要求与学校人才培养目标及现状,提出“双一流”高校党员评价的六项原则,梳理出政治素养、专业学习、校园作用、创新思维、社会实践、全球视野、通识能力七项一级评价指标,并分解出23个二级评价指标,再基于层次分析理念赋予指标权重,即可构建“双一流”建设中大学生党员量化评价体系。

The“ Double First-class”construction requires that university Party construction should hold a higher political position,meet higher construction standards and have stronger ability in school governance.The quality of college student Party members concerns the productive effect of college student Party construction.The establishment of a college student Party member evaluation system is an innovative exploration of first-class Party construction to promote the development of first-class universities.Based on the practice of developing first-class universities through first-class Party construction in Tongji University,six principles of university Party member evaluation are proposed in the light of the national requirements and school goals and status quo of talent training,and seven first-level evaluation indexes are sorted out,including political competency,professional learning,campus role,innovative thinking,social practice,global vision and general ability,which are further segmented into 23 secondary evaluation indexes.All the indexes weighted,a quantitative evaluation system for college student Party members will be built up.
