介绍了炉渣品质元素的分布和存放情况,从取样和制样方法两个方面来探讨提高块状外销物料样品的加工质量,块状外销物料由于品质元素分布不均匀、波动大,容易引起各方争议,通过对块状物料进行不断破碎、过筛和研磨,使样品更具代表性和均匀性,达到了检验要求,保障了供需双方的合法权益,使原料检验更加公平、公正。

This paper introduces the distribution and storage of slag quality elements,discusses how to improve the processing quality of block export material samples from two aspects of sampling and sample preparation methods,and points out that the distribution of quality elements of block export material is uneven and fluctuates greatly,by breaking,sieving and grinding the block materials,the samples are more representative and even,the testing requirements are met,the legitimate rights and interests of both the supplier and the demander are protected,and the raw materials testing is more fair and just.
