摘要
某选矿厂采用优化工艺流程,即将铜精矿品位控制到22%左右,加强钼的回收,再将选钼后铜精矿品位提高到25%的新工艺,在确保铜、金、银回收率略有提高的情况下,新工艺实现了选矿厂铜精矿品位提高到25%左右的同时,钼回收率也提高的目的,并能创下可观的经济效益。
A new process is adopted to optimize the technological process,which is to control the grade of copper concentrate to about 22%,strengthen the recovery of molybdenum,and then increase the grade of copper concentrate to 25%after molybdenum separation.When the recovery rate of copper,gold,silver is slightly increased,the new process can increase the grade of copper concentrate to about 25%,and the recovery rate of molybdenum is also increased,which can achieve considerable economic benefits.
