浅析铜冶炼过程中铋的富集及对电解的影响

摘要 在铜冶炼过程中,精矿原料中的杂质铋品位较低,对闪速熔炼吹炼工艺影响很小,但在铜电解过程中铜阳极板铋品位超出一定范围,会引起电解铜钝化,降低电流效率,影响阴极铜质量,同时造成电解液中铋含量增高,影响电解液的波动。阐述了杂质元素铋经熔炼系统、电解系统、稀有金属回收系统不断富集的现象,重点分析过程物料中铋品位的变化趋势、铜阳极板中铋品位过高时电解系统的应对措施。 In the copper smelting process,the impurity bismuth grade in the concentrate raw material is low,which has little influence on the flash smelting and converting process.However,in the copper electrolysis process,the bismuth grade of the copper anode plate exceeds a certain range,which will cause the passivation of the electrolytic copper,reduce the current efficiency,affect the quality of the cathode copper,increase the bismuth content in the electrolyte,and affect the fluctuation of the electrolyte.The continuous enrichment of bismuth in smelting system,electrolysis system and rare metal recovery system is described.The trend of bismuth grade in process materials and the Countermeasures of electrolysis system in case of high bismuth grade in copper anode plate are analyzed.
