Optimization and Transformation of 30kg Silver Ingot Casting Process

针对现有30kg银锭浇铸工艺银锭产品存在四周棱角锋利、表面有缩坑、凹凸不平等问题,分析了银锭外观质量影响因素,开展了针对性优化改造。改造后,银锭表面无缩坑,底面、侧面平整,四周菱角圆滑,彻底解决了银锭外观质量问题。

In view of the problems of sharp edges,shrinkage pits,and uneven unevenness on the surface of the existing 30kg silver ingot casting process,the influential factors of the appearance quality of the silver ingot were analyzed in detail,and targeted optimization and transformation were carried out.After the transformation,the surface of the silver ingot has no shrinkage pits,the bottom and sides are flat,and the round diamond corners are rounded,which completely solves the appearance quality problem of the silver ingot.
