摘要 由于电炉贫化闪速炉渣具有耗费大量电能、作业环境差、检修维护费用高等缺点,对闪速炉排渣方式进行改造。通过对工艺的铜回收率影响分析,闪速炉排渣含铜的计算和对当前生产规模影响分析,以及对闪速炉排渣方式改进后的经济计算等,以此得出闪速炉直排渣的改造是可行的。改造不会影响铜的利用率和当前的生产规模,还可以减少电炉大量消耗的电能,降低成本,同时可以降低劳动强度,改善环境,减少污染。 Since the electric furnace depleted flash slag has the disadvantages of consuming a large amount of electric energy,poor working environment and high maintenance cost,Reforming the slag discharging way of flash furnace.Through the analysis of the influence of the copper recovery rate of the process,the calculation of the copper content of the flash furnace slag and the analysis of the impact on the current production scale,as well as the economic calculation after the improvement of the slag discharge mode of the flash furnace.It is concluded that the transformation of the slag discharge in the flash furnace is feasible.The transformation will not affect the utilization rate of copper and the current production scale,but also reduce the energy consumed by the electric furnace and reduce the cost.At the same time,it can reduce labor intensity,improve the environment and reduce pollution.
