Development Status And Trend of Anode Furnace Refining

阳极炉是铜精炼的主要设备,我国经过近40余年的努力,在阳极炉精炼的方面取得飞跃式发展。简要叙述以透气砖技术、稀氧燃烧技术为代表的阳极炉精炼工艺,结合当前先进的放铜水口应用、终点自动判断、两步炼铜法等为代表的新技术、新装备,展望阳极炉精炼发展的趋势。

Anode furnace is the main equipment for copper refining,after more than 40 years of efforts,China has made a leap forward in anode furnace refining.In this article,the anode furnace refining process represented by the technology of breathable brick and the dilute oxygen combustion are briefly described.The development trend of anodic furnace refining with the combination of the new technologies and equipment represented by the current advanced copper discharge nozzle application,automatic end point determination and two-step copper refining are look forwarded.
