摘要
ф5.5×1.8半自磨机进料口处空间狭窄,进料小车、小车轨道等物体构成障碍,可利用空间有限,自由行走式、轨道行走式和吊装固定式换衬机械手均无法安装;结合现场实际情况,设计并安装了一套分体式顶装换衬机械手,替代利用行车拖拽钢丝绳吊运衬板的换衬方式,解决了ф5.5×1.8半自磨机换衬费时、耗力的问题,消除了换衬过程中因拖拽钢丝绳带来的安全隐患,同时提升了选矿设备的自动化程度。
The space at the feed port of ф 5.5 × 1.8 semi-self-grinding machine is narrow, the feed car, trolley track and other objects constitute obstacles, and the space is limited, the free walking type and the track walking type and the hoisting fixed liner changing manipulator could not be installed. Combined with the actual situation in the field, a set of split top lining manipulator is designed and installed to replace the lining changing mode of hoisting lining plate by driving towing wire rope, which solves the problem of changing lining cost and energy consumption of ф 5.5 × 1.8 semi-self-grinding machine, eliminates the hidden danger of safety caused by towing wire rope in the process of lining replacement, and improves the automation degree of mineral processing equipment at the same time.
