富血小板血浆凝胶联合新型敷料治疗慢性窦道的临床效果

Clinical efficacy of platelet-rich plasma gel combined with new dressings for chronic sinus tract

目的探讨自体富血小板血浆凝胶(autologous platelet-rich gel,APG)联合新型敷料治疗各类慢性窦道创面的疗效。方法将60例慢性窦道患者按随机数字表法随机分为两组,所有病例均予清创、换药等常规处理。观察组(A组)30例在常规治疗基础上予自体富血小板血浆凝胶联合新型敷料治疗,对照组(B组)30例予新型敷料换药治疗,比较两组窦道愈合率、不良反应发生率、疼痛情况、细菌培养情况、综合疗效。结果两组窦道愈合率、疼痛、第3天细菌培养、综合疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率、治疗第7天细菌培养比较无统计学意义(P﹥0.05)。结论自体富血小板血浆凝胶联合新型敷料能有效促进皮肤软组织修复,特别是对慢性难愈性窦道具有独特优势。

Objective To explore the efficacy of autologous platelet-rich gel(APG)combined with new dressings in the treatment of various chronic sinus tract.Methods Sixty patients with chronic sinus tract were randomly divided into two groups according to the random number table.All the cases were treated with debridement and dressing change.30 patients in the observation group(group A)were treated with autologous platelet-rich plasma gel+new dressings on the basis of conventional treatment,while 30 patients in the control group(group B)were treated with new dressings.Results There were statistically significant differences between the two groups in the rate of sinus healing,pain,bacterial culture on 3th day,and the comprehensive efficacy(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions and bacterial culture on the 7th day of treatment in the two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Autologous platelet-rich plasma gel combined with new dressings can effectively promote skin and soft tissue repair,especially for chronic refractory sinus tract has unique advantages,worthy of clinical application.
