不同的护理方法对提眉术后伤口恢复的临床比较

Clinical comparison of different nursing methods for wound recovery after eyebrow lifting operation

目的研究提眉术后48小时内简单包扎、弹性绷带加压包扎两种护理方法对术后伤口恢复的临床比较。方法对提眉术患者143例分为两组。观察组于提眉术后伤口局部纱布覆盖后弹性绷带加压包扎,对照组伤口局部纱布覆盖简单包扎,两组包扎后均给予常规冷敷护理。分别于术后2、4、7天比较两组切口及周围组织的创伤反应。结果观察组护理拆线时术区肿胀程度、淤血情况、恢复时间均优于对照组(p<0.05)。结论提眉术后,给予弹性绷带加压包扎能减轻术后出血、水肿、淤血,有效缩短术后恢复时间。

Objective To study the clinical comparison of two nursing methods of simple bandage and elastic bandage in the operation area within 48 hours after eyebrow lifting operation..Methods The 143 patients were divided into two groups. In theobservation group, the wound was covered with elastic bandage after eyebrow-raising operation, and in the control group, the woundwas covered with simple bandage. The wound response was compared 2,4 and 7 days after operation. Results The swelling degree,congestion and recovery time of the operation area in the observation group were better than those in the control group (P < 0.05).Conclusion After eyebrow lifting operation, elastic bandage can reduce bleeding, edema and congestion, and effectively shorten therecovery time.
