湿性护创敷料对小儿烧伤创面护理的效果观察

Effect of wet wound dressing on pediatric burn wound care

目的探讨湿性护创敷料对小儿烧伤创面护理的效果。方法选取2018年2月至2019年7月我院收治的烧伤患儿78例作为研究对象,所有患儿均给予常规创面处理及治疗,涂抹湿润烧伤膏并使用无菌纱布包扎创面,同时盖贴湿性敷料,依据患儿自身情况、创面及敷疗渗出等进行更换敷疗,并给予治疗期间的护理干预,治疗结束后随访观察6个月。观察患儿创面愈合、换药、疼痛情况,并进行伤口瘢痕评分,随访结束后统计并发症发生情况。结果78例患儿平均创面愈合时间为(12.36±2.18)d,平均换药次数为(9.25±1.48)次,平均治疗费用为(1026.35±318.42)元;患儿疼痛评分平均为(4.96±2.18)分,VRS疼痛分级分别为0级36例(46.15%),Ⅰ级28例(35.90%),Ⅱ级14例(17.95%);平均VSS评分为(5.36±1.42)分;随访期间,患儿出现心律不齐3例、肝功能不全2例,总发生率为6.41%,未出现创面感染。结论小儿烧伤应用湿性护创敷料可以促进创面愈合,联合具有针对性的护理干预可以有效减轻患儿的疼痛程度,加快创面愈合时间,减少并发症的发生,促进患儿预后恢复。

Objective To investigate the effect of wet nursing wound dressing on pediatric burn wounds.Methods A total of 78 burned children admitted to our hospital from February 2018 to July 2019 were selected as the research objects.All children were given routine wound treatment and treatment,moisturized burn cream was applied and the wound was covered with sterile gauze,and covered with plaster.Wet dressings were replaced according to the child's own condition,wounds,and exudation,and nursing interventions were given during the treatment.Follow-up observation was performed for 6 months after the treatment.The wound healing,dressing change,and pain were observed,and wound scar score was scored.Complications were counted after follow-up.Results The average wound healing time of 78 children was(12.36±2.18)days,the average number of dressing changes was(9.25±1.48)times,and the average cost of treatment was(1026.35±318.42)yuan.The average pain score of the children was(4.96±2.18),VRS pain grades were 36 cases of grade 0(46.15%),28 cases of gradeⅠ(35.90%),14 cases of gradeⅡ(17.95%);the average VSS score was(5.36±1.42);during the follow-up period,There were 3 cases of arrhythmia and 2 cases of liver dysfunction in children,with a total incidence of 6.41%.No wound infection occurred.Conclusion The application of wet wound dressings in pediatric burns can promote wound healing.Combined with targeted nursing interventions,it can effectively reduce the pain of children,speed up the healing time of wounds,reduce the occurrence of complications,and promote the recovery of children's prognosis.
