摘要
在调峰型储气库地面工程中,注采井场与集注站之间的注采集输管道通常包括注气管道、采气管道、计量管道3条管道。通过对注采集输管道系统工艺流程和管道投资影响因素进行分析,设计注采集输管道合一设置的工艺流程,提出取消计量管道(改用移动式计量橇)、注气管道和采气管道合并、优化管道材质等措施,降低调峰型储气库注采集输管道投资。工程实践表明,注采集输管道合一设置运行情况良好。
In peak-shaving gas storage ground project,the injection,production and gathering pipeline between injection-production well site and gathering-injection station usually includes three pipelines:gas injection pipeline,gas production pipeline and metering pipeline.Based on the analysis of the process flow of the injection,production and gathering pipeline system and the influencing factors of the pipeline investment,the process flow of the integrated injection,production and gathering pipeline is designed,and the measures such as canceling the metering pipeline(switching to mobile metering skid),merging the gas injection pipeline and the gas production pipeline,optimizing the pipeline material and so on are proposed to reduce the investment of the injection,production and gathering pipeline of the peak-shaving gas storage.Engineering practice shows that the integrated injection,production and gathering pipeline is operating well.
