摘要
以某加氢站为例,根据供氢方式及自备制氢氢气的用途,设计2种技术方案。方案1:供氢方式采用自备制氢系统和氢气长管拖车运输,2种方式互为备用关系,不同时进行,自备制氢系统既作为该加氢站的气源,又可给氢气长管拖车充装,作为其他加氢站的气源。方案2:供氢方式采用自备制氢系统和氢气长管拖车运输,两种方式互为备用关系,不同时进行,自备制氢系统不给氢气长管拖车充装,仅作为该加氢站的气源。对技术方案从总平面布置、建站等级、工艺流程、消防给水系统、氢气纯度方面进行分析。
Taking a hydrogen fuelling station as an example,according to the hydrogen supply modes and the use of hydrogen produced on site,two schemes are designed.Scheme 1:the hydrogen supply modes adopt the system of hydrogen produced on site and tube trailer for gaseous hydrogen,the two methods are in a standby relationship with each other,and are not carried out at the same time.the system of hydrogen produced on site can be used as the gas source of the hydrogen fuelling station,and can be used to fill tube trailer for gaseous hydrogen,as a gas source for other hydrogen fuelling stations.Scheme 2:the hydrogen supply modes adopt the system of hydrogen produced on site and tube trailer for gaseous hydrogen,the two methods are in a standby relationship with each other,and are not carried out at the same time,the system of hydrogen produced on site cannot be used to fill tube trailer for gaseous hydrogen,only as the gas source of the hydrogen fuelling station.Two schemes are analyzed from the aspects of general layout,station construction level,process flow,fire water supply system and hydrogen purity.
