粗煤气-水余热锅炉换热面积设计与校核

摘要 在显热换热前提下,采用Aspen Plus软件对余热锅炉换热面积进行模拟计算,确定换热管束结构,采用关联式法对余热锅炉换热面积进行校核计算。余热锅炉用于粗煤气与水进行换热,可视为管壳式换热器,粗煤气走管程,水走壳程。由Aspen Plus软件模拟计算得到的余热锅炉换热面积为34.71 m^2,由关联式法计算得到的换热面积为31.41 m^2,二者十分接近,模拟结果可信。 Under the premise of sensible heat transfer,Aspen Plus software is used to simulate the heat exchange area of the waste heat boiler to determine the heat exchange tube bundle structure,and the correlation method is used to check and calculate the heat exchange area of the waste heat boiler.The waste heat boiler is used for heat exchange between crude gas and water,which can be regarded as a tube-shell heat exchanger.Crude gas takes the pipe pass and water takes the shell pass.The heat exchange area of the waste heat boiler calculated by Aspen Plus software is 34.71 m^2,and the heat exchange area calculated by the correlation method is 31.41 m^2.The two are very close,and the simulation results are credible.
