理事长视角下的合作社发展动力机制研究——基于扎根理论方法

Research on the Dynamic Mechanism of Cooperative Development from the Perspective of the President:Based on the Grounded Theory

文章通过深度访谈方法收集相关资料,借助扎根理论研究方法,基于理事长视角对我国农民专业合作社发展的动力机制进行了探索性研究。研究结果显示:合作社面临贷款阻碍、利息压力、主体差异、措施固化等规制压力,社会信任不足、发展不畅等市场压力,成员异质性、人力资源不足等经营压力的发展阻碍。因此,应从资金落实、提升产品品质等物质资本范畴;引入外部资本、变革生产方式、产业化经营等社会资本范畴;发挥领导者才能、培育技术人才等人力资本范畴,助推合作社发展。

Through in-depth interviews to collect relevant information, and with the help of grounded theory research method, thedevelopment of farmers’ professional cooperatives in China is explored. This paper mainly explores the current development obsta-cles of cooperatives and the suggestions of the presidents of cooperatives for the future development of cooperatives, and finally con-structs the dynamic model of cooperative development. The results show that cooperatives are faced with regulatory pressures suchas loan obstruction, interest pressure, subject differences and measures solidification, market pressures such as insufficient socialtrust and poor development, and operational pressures such as member heterogeneity and insufficient human resources. Therefore,we should promote the development of cooperatives from the aspects of material capital such as the implementation of funds, the im-provement of product quality, the introduction of external capital, the transformation of production mode, the industrialization of op-eration and other social capital categories, and the development of human capital such as the ability of leaders and the cultivation oftechnical personnel.
