感染性腹泻患儿实施综合护理服务的可行性研究

Feasibility study of comprehensive nursing service for children with infectious diarrhea

目的探讨感染性腹泻患儿采取综合护理服务的可行性及价值。方法选取2018年1月~2019年6月我院接诊的100例小儿感染性腹泻患儿作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,每组各50例。对照组实施常规护理,研究组实施综合护理服务。观察两组的护理总有效率,记录患儿的发热时间、腹泻时间、住院天数,评估患儿及家长对临床护理的护理满意度。结果研究组患儿的护理总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患儿的发热时间、腹泻时间及住院天数均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患儿及家长的护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合护理能够显著提高感染性腹泻患儿的护理效果,缩短患儿发热、腹泻及住院时间,促进患儿早日恢复健康,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the feasibility and value of comprehensive nursing services for children with infectious diarrhea.Methods A total of 100 children with infectious diarrhea who were admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to June 2019 were enrolled in the study.They were divided into the control group and the study group according to the random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.In the control group,conventional nursing was used,and in the study group,comprehensive nursing service was adopted.The total effective rate of nursing in the two groups was observed,the fever time,diarrhea time and hospital stay of children were recorded,and the nursing satisfaction of the children and their parents to clinical nursing was evaluated.Results The total effectiveness rate of nursing in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The fever time,diarrhea time,and hospital stay in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of children and parents in the study group was higher than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing can significantly improve the nursing effect of children with infectious diarrhea,shorten the time of fever,diarrhea and hospital stay,and promote the early recovery of children′s health,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
