基于理财设施视角面向居家养老需求的公共服务设施配置研究——以南昌市西湖区广润门街道为例

Research on the Allocation of Public Service Facilities for the Elderly at Home from the Perspective of Financial Facilities——Taking Guangrunmen Street,Xihu District,Nanchang City as an Example

我国社会的老龄化正引导着人们生活观念与需求的改变,并对居家养老服务相关行业提出挑战。文章以南昌市西湖区广润门街道为例,由理财设施为切入点,基于问卷调查数据统计及城市公共设施POI数据分析结果对面向居家养老需求的公共服务设施配置进行研究。在进行现状评价的同时结合访谈调查提出问题与思考,以期为设施配置与其发展方向提供参考。

The aging of our society is leading the change of people's life concept and demand,and challenges the related industries of home-based elderly care service.Taking Guangrunmen street as an example and starting from financial facilities,this paper studies the allocation of public service facilities for home-based elderly care based on questionnaire survey data statistics and POI data analysis results of urban public facilities.At the same time of the current situation evaluation,combined with the interview survey,the paper puts forward the questions and thoughts,in order to provide reference for the facility configuration and its development.
