琼北地区村落的更新与激活——以海南澄迈国泰村为例

The Renewal and Activation of Villages in the North of Hainan Province——Take Guotai Village as an Example

近年来,随着海南城镇化的快速发展,解决琼北地区乡村矛盾与促进更新发展愈发显得重要。文章以海南澄迈国泰村为例,归纳琼北村落“梳式”布局的原型,以现状问题为出发点,构建了适宜的营建理念与“提取-研选-融合-重构”的策略方式。在村落实践中,将非物质活动与“田园隐居,生态康养”的理念相融合,在物质环境中实行新老村并行的空间重构,最终实现琼北村落在现代社会可持续发展的目标。

With the rapid urbanization of Hainan in recent years,it is more and more important to solve the rural contradictions and promote the renewal process in the north of Hainan.Taking Guotai village as an example,this paper puts forward the proper construction concept and the strategy of"extraction,research,selection,integration and reconstruction"based on the current situation,after summarizing the prototype of villages in the north of Hainan.And the planning of Guotai village integrates the non-material activities with the concept of"living in countryside and having healthy life",and applies the parallel spatial reconstruction in new and old village.Finally,it realizes the sustainable development of the village in the modern society.
