摘要
新型冠状病毒肺炎的传播对城市防疫提出了新的设计要求。文章从独居、群居、社区、城市、区域、全球等不同空间层面出发,提出推广装配式建筑,注重住宅设计的灵活性和可变性,兼顾社区的开放性与封闭性,通过基础设施、空间结构、城市密度等方面的合理规划提高城市韧性,完善区域防控联动机制,在充分利用全球化资源的同时发掘内生发展潜力,可为营造健康城市提供相应的设计策略。
The spread of COVID-19 provides new design requirements to urban anti-epidemic.The article proposes the promotion of prefabricated buildings,focusing on the flexibility and variability of residential design,taking into account the openness and closedness of the community,starting from different spatial levels such as single living,group living,community,city,region,and global.Through reasonable planning of infrastructure,spatial structure,and urban density,the city’s resilience can be improved,the regional prevention and control linkage mechanism can be improved,and the endogenous development potential can be explored while making full use of global resources,which can provide corresponding design strategies for creating a healthy city.
