摘要
本文研究了小花棘豆水浸液对南疆常用的两种禾本科牧草高羊茅和鸭茅种子萌发的影响,揭示了小花棘豆水浸液对这两种禾本科牧草种子萌发的化感效应。用自然阴干的小花棘豆花、叶和茎分别配制成不同浓度的水浸液,然后置于培养皿滤纸床发芽,研究小花棘豆不同部位的水浸液对高羊茅和鸭茅种子萌发的发芽势、发芽率、胚根长和胚芽长的影响。结果表明,小花棘豆水浸液显著抑制高羊茅和鸭茅种子的发芽势、发芽率和胚根长。花、叶水浸液对高羊茅胚芽生长无显著影响。低浓度(0.025g/mL)的茎和叶水浸液有促进鸭茅胚芽生长作用,而高浓度花和茎水浸液却抑制其胚芽生长。综合效应(M)显示,小花棘豆花的化感效应最强,对高羊茅种子萌发的抑制从强到弱排序为花>茎>叶,对鸭茅种子萌发的抑制顺序是花>叶>茎。最后得出小花棘豆水浸液对高羊茅化感效应(M1=-0.50)强于鸭茅(M1=-0.38)。
In this paper,we studied the effects of aqueous extract of Oxytropis(Oxytropis glabra DC.)on seed germination of tall fescue(Festuca arundinacea)and orchardgrass(Dactylis glomerata)which are the two most commonly grasses in southern Xinjiang.The article revealed the allelopathic effect of the aqueous extract of Oxytropis on the seed germination of the two grass species.In this study,the natural dry flowers,stems and leaves of Oxytropis were formulated into different concentrations of aqueous extract.Then we germinated in a Petri dish filter bed.We studied the effects of different aqueous extracts of Oxytropis on germination potential,germination rate,plumule length and root length of tall fescue and orchardgrass seeds.The results showed that Oxytropis aqueous extract significantly inhibited the germination potential and germination rate of tall fescue and orchardgrass.The same result was seen in the root length.The aqueous extract of Oxytropis flowers and leaves had no effect on the plumule length of tall fescue.The results showed that the low concentration of stems and leaves aqueous extract promoted the growth of orchardgrass plumule length,while the high concentration of flowers and stems aqueous extract inhibited the growth of plumule length.The comprehensive effect(M)showed that the allelopathic effect of the flowers was the strongest.The inhibition of tall fescue seed germination from strong to weak ranked as flower>stem>leaf,while the order of inhibition of the germination of the orchardgrass seed was as follows:flower>leaf>stem.Finally,it was concluded that the allelopathic effect of aqueous extract of Oxytropis on tall fescue(M1=-0.50)was stronger than that of orchardgrass(M1=-0.38).
