摘要
从互助县台子乡送检的2份病死羔羊病料中分离到1株病原菌,经病原菌的分离、生化实验、动物致死实验、药物敏感性实验和PCR扩增,对分纯菌株进行了生物学鉴定。结果显示:该株分离菌株为致病性大肠杆菌。体外药敏实验证实了分离株该菌对杆菌肽、多粘菌素E、呋喃妥因等药物敏感;对氯霉素、强力霉素等药物中敏;对青霉素、红霉素、卡那霉素等药物耐药。实验结果表明,此次引发绵羊死亡的主要病原菌是大肠杆菌。
One strain of pathogen was isolated from 2 samples from Taizi Town of Huzhu County of Qinghai Province,and the pathogens were isolated with biochemical experiments,animal lethal test,drug sensitivity test and PCR amplification.The results showed that the isolated strain of the strain was pathogenic Escherichia coli.In vitro susceptibility test confirmed that the isolated strain is sensitive to bacillin,polymyxin E,nitrofurantoin,etc.,middle sensitive to chloramphenicol,doxycycline,etc.,Drug resistance to penicillin,erythromycin,kanamycin,etc.Studies have shown that the main pathogen causing sheep death is E.coli.
