综合护理在子宫腺肌症全子宫切除术患者围术期中的价值和措施观察

Observation on the value and measures of comprehensive nursing in the perioperative period of patients with adenomyosis hysterectomy

目的:研究综合护理在子宫腺肌症全子宫切除术患者围术期中的价值和措施。方法:将子宫腺肌症全子宫切除术患者作为本次研究对象,共50例,根据其入院顺序对其进行分组,其中包括观察组25例、对照组25例,观察组应用综合护理、对照组应用常规护理,将两组手术指标以及心理状态评分进行对比。结果:观察组子宫腺肌症全子宫切除术患者术后出血量(107.21±1.32)mL、排气时间(23.21±1.03)h、下床时间(33.21±1.04)h、住院时间(4.12±1.31)d与对照组相比较,具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。观察组患者护理后焦虑(6.22±1.64)分、抑郁(6.01±1.24)分均低于对照组焦虑(10.21±1.64)分、抑郁(10.67±1.98)分,存在统计学差异,P<0.05。结论:子宫腺肌症全子宫切除术患者围术期给予其综合护理干预,相比常规护理更具有优势,能够改善患者负面情绪。

Objective:To study the value and measures of comprehensive nursing in the perioperative period of patients with adenomyosis hysterectomy.Methods:The total hysterectomy patients with adenomyosis were taken as the object of this study.A total of 50 cases were divided into groups according to their admission order,including 25 cases in the observation group and 25 cases in the control group.The observation group applied comprehensive nursing care and the control group Using routine nursing,the two groups of surgical indicators and mental state scores were compared.Results:Postoperative blood loss(107.21±1.32)mL,exhaust time(23.21±1.03)h,out-of-bed time(33.21±1.04)h,hospitalization time(4.12±1.31)d of patients with adenomyosis hysterectomy in observation group)D Compared with the control group,there is a difference(P<0.05).The scores of anxiety(6.22±1.64)and depression(6.01±1.24)after nursing in the observation group were lower than those of the control group(10.21±1.64)and depression(10.67±1.98),there was a difference,P<0.05.Conclusion:The perioperative comprehensive nursing intervention for patients undergoing total hysterectomy for adenomyosis has more advantages than conventional nursing,and can improve the negative emotions of patients.It is worthy of research and promotion.
