Tradition and Continuity: the Usual Expressions ofDisaster Views of the Qiang Ethnic Minority

灾难观是人类认识、应对灾难的一套认知体系。它作为社会文化的重要组成部分深植于人类日常生活世界中。当灾难降临时,这套认知体系指导着人们认识、应对不幸,并克服恐惧。文章以羌族为例,通过羌区汶川在地震五年后发生的特大山洪泥石流灾害事件,确定羌族社会具有地方性知识的灾难认知体系,并探究这种灾难观从传统到现代社会的接续逻辑,分析人们对灾难观的日常表述,从而强调文化回归的意义。

The concept of disaster is a cognitive system for humans to recognize and respond to disasters.As an important part of social culture,it is deeply rooted in the world of human daily life.When disaster strikes,this cognitive system guides people to recognize and deal with the misfortune,and overcome fear.This article takes the Qiang Ethnic Minority as an example to determine the disaster cognitive system with local knowledge of the Qiang society through the catastrophic mudslide disaster that occurred in the Wenchuan area of Qiang District five years after the earthquake,and explores the consecutive logic of their disaster views from traditional to modern society on the basis of their usual expressions,so as to emphasize the significance of the cultural recurrence.
