钢质气管线覆土层厚度检测方法的应用研究

摘要 管线覆土层厚度检测是管线定期检验的重要环节,是防止管线泄漏发生的基础手段之一。在某些特殊地形管段中,管线深度可能超过30m,选择合适的技术手段,准确测量此类管段覆土层厚度,对保障管线安全、降低检测成本、提高工作效率具有重要意义。针对交变感应法管线覆土层厚度检测技术的两种方法,从技术原理展开研究,对比分析两种方法在不同深度范围的精度情况,分析各自技术优缺点,最终提出双探头法和单探头法的适用范围,为油气管线覆土层厚度检测提供技术支撑。 The detection of the thickness of the overlaying soil layer is an important part of the regular inspection of pipelines and one of the basic means to prevent pipeline leakage.In some special terrain pipe sections,the depth of the pipe may be more than 30m,and so selecting appropriate technical means to accurately measure the overburden thickness of such pipe sections is of great significance for ensuring pipeline safety,reducing detection cost and improving work efficiency.According to the two methods of electromagnetic pipeline buried depth detection technology,this paper studies the technical principle,compares and analyzes the accuracy of the two methods in different depth range,analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of each technology,and finally puts forward the applicable scope of relative electromagnetic method and absolute electromagnetic method,which can provide technical support for the buried depth detection of oil and gas pipeline.
