摘要
减压膜蒸馏法用于天然气脱硫液再生,因其具有操作简便、节省空间、节能和污染少等优点,近年来引起了石化生产企业的广泛关注。实验采用复合聚烯烃材料的中空纤维膜为含SO2的甲基二乙醇胺(MDEA)溶液进行脱硫处理,探究膜蒸馏两大重要指标,即膜通量和截留率,与富液温度、流量和真空度之间的关系,以及最佳条件下截留率的高低。研究表明,膜通量和截留率随富液温度、流量和真空度的增大而增大。在温度为50℃,流量为0.35 L/min,真空度为60 kPa的最佳条件下,截留率可达到0.93以上。
The vacuum membrane distillation method is a natural gas desulfurization liquid regeneration because of its advantages of simple operation,space saving,energy saving and less pollution,and has attracted widespread attention of petrochemical production enterprises in recent years.In the experiment,the hollow fiber membrane of composite polyolefin material was desulfurized with MDEA solution containing SO 2 to explore the relationship between the two important indexes of membrane distillation,namely the membrane flux and rejection rate,with the temperature,flow rate and vacuum degree of the rich liquid,and the rejection rate under the optimal conditions.The study shows that the membrane flux and rejection increase with the increase of rich liquid temperature,flow rate and vacuum degree.Under the optimal conditions of temperature 50℃,flow rate 0.35 L/min and vacuum degree 60 kPa,the rejection rate can reach 0.93 or more.
