摘要
钢铁冶炼过程产生的各种固废的回收利用是我国钢铁行业实现可持续发展、降本增效、提高钢企竞争力的有效途径。通钢年产生约10万t炼钢转炉OG泥和除尘灰,目前主要以作为辅料返回烧结利用为主,含铁资源回收利用率较低。通钢根据自身的工艺特点,新建一条冷压球生产线,将转炉OG泥和除尘灰制成冷压球,代替烧结矿作为转炉的冷却剂和造渣剂,提高了转炉固废的回收利用率,具有良好的经济效益和社会效益。
The recovery and utilization of resources is an effective way to achieve sustainable development,reduce costs and increase efficiency,and improve the competitiveness of iron and steel enterprises.About 100,000 tons of converter OG mud and dust are produced in Tonggang every year.At present,it is mainly used to return to sintering as auxiliary materials and the iron-containing resource hasn’t been fully utilized.A cold-pressed ball production line is newly built in Tonggang according to its own technological characteristics,which makes the furnace OG sludge and dust into cold-pressed balls and replaces sinter as the coolant and slag-making agent of the converter,thus improving the recovery and utilization rate of solid waste of the converter and bringing good economic and social benefits.
