硬膜外阻滞联合普瑞巴林治疗带状疱疹后神经痛的疗效及对睡眠质量的影响

Effect of epidural blocks combined with pregabalin on postherpetic neuralgia and sleep quality

目的:探讨硬膜外阻滞联合普瑞巴林治疗带状疱疹后神经痛的疗效及对睡眠质量的影响。方法:选择2018年10月至2020年4月本院收治的60例带状疱疹后神经痛患者,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组30例,对照组患者应用普瑞巴林治疗,观察组则进一步联合硬膜外阻滞治疗,比较两组患者治疗前后疼痛程度(VAS评分)、焦虑和抑郁(SAS、SDS评分)以及睡眠质量(PSQI评分)。结果:两组患者治疗前VAS、SAS、SDS及PSQI评分对比无差异,治疗后1~4周VAS、SAS、SDS及PSQI评分均明显下降,且观察组显著低于对照组,差异有显著意义(P<0.05)。结论:硬膜外阻滞联合普瑞巴林治疗带状疱疹后神经痛具有确切的临床疗效,可以有效改善患者的焦虑、抑郁情绪,并改善患者的睡眠质量。

Objective:To investigate the effect of epidural blocks combined with pregabalin on postherpetic neuralgia and sleep quality.Methods:60 patients with postherpetic neuralgia from October 2018 to April 2020 were chosen and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,30 patients in each group.The control group were treated with pregabalin,while the observation group were treated with epidural blocks combined with pregabalin,with the pain degree(VAS score),anxiety and depression(SAS,SDS score)and sleep quality(PSQI score)of patients before and after treatment compared.Results:There was no difference in the scores of VAS,SAS,SDS and PSQI between the two groups before treatment.The scores of VAS,SAS,SDS and PSQI were significantly decreased 1 to 4 weeks after treatment,and those of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Epidural blocks combined with pregabalin has a definite clinical efficacy on postherpetic neuralgia,which can effectively improve patients'anxiety,depression,and sleep quality.
