摘要 招收和培养临床医学专业学位研究生对于我国医疗和社会的快速、健康发展意义重大。对于双导师制培养模式的积极探索,有利于提高临床医学专业学位研究生的培养质量。双导师制培养模式不同于传统的导师培养模式,其实施过程是由校内导师和校外导师共同参与完成的,一般来说进行校内指导的导师拥有较深厚的理论基础,而共同承担培养任务的校外导师通常实践经验比较丰富,具体实施运行主要体现在导师的选聘,学生的培养过程,导师的管理等环节。落实临床医学专业学位研究生双导师制要建立、完善权责统一的导师组管理机制。双导师制的实施推进涉及到包括师资力量、科研水平、教学能力以及管理在内的各方面因素。双导师制培养模式的施行在促进学校更好利用社会资源、开拓教育视野的同时,可为在读研究生搭建提高实践创新能力的平台、提供科研学习完备条件。 Recruiting graduate students with clinical professional degrees is of great significance to the rapid and healthy development of China's medical treatment and society.Actively exploring the"double-mentor system"training mode is conducive to improving the training quality of postgraduates of clinical professional degrees.The"dual tutor system"training mode is to train postgraduates by a deep theoretical foundation of in-school tutors and practically experienced out-of-school tutors.It is reflected in the selection and recruitment of tutors,the training process of students,and the management of tutors.To implement the double-mentor system for graduate students of clinical medicine degree,it is necessary to establish and improve the management mechanism of the mentor group with unified responsibility and rights.Promoting the double-mentor system involves elements such as teachers,scientific research,teaching,and management.The implementation of the double-mentor system training model is an innovation that conforms to the characteristics of the times and the situation.It is not only conducive to the school to make better use of social resources,to broaden its educational horizons,but also to build a platform and provide conditions for postgraduates to improve their practical innovation ability.
