摘要
新时代背景下,少数民族大学生教育管理问题已经成为内地高校学生工作的新问题和新挑战,关系到人才培养、校园稳定、民族团结等多个方面。文章基于心理契约理论构建高校少数民族学生心理契约模型,并结合研究对象的心理契约特征,从强化思想引领、发挥指导作用,健全管理体制、保障工作运行,搭建实践平台、扶困扶智扶志,关注心理健康、健全咨询体系四个方面提出解决对策。
In the new era,the management of minority college students has become a new issue and a new challenge that cannot be ignored in the education and management of college students in the mainland.It is related to talent cultivation,campus stability,and national unity.A psychological contract model of college minority students has been built in this study based on the psychological contract theory.Combining the characteristics of the psychological contract of the research object,solutions have been made to strengthen the ideological guidance,improve the management system,ensure the operation of the work,build a practical platform,help the poor and help the wisdom,pay attention to mental health and improve the consultation system.
