Teach back健康教育模式在老年白内障手术病人中的应用效果

Effect of Teach back health education model in elderly patients receiving cataract surgery

目的探讨Teach back健康教育模式在老年白内障手术病人中的应用效果。方法选择2018年1月至2019年6月收治的68例老年白内障病人作为对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组34例。对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上联合Teach back健康教育模式,比较2组干预后自我效能评分、护理满意度,白内障知识、术前要点、术后注意事项、滴眼药方法及出院康复知识知晓率。结果干预后,2组自我管理、认知症状管理及日常生活行为评分均较干预前提高,且观察组评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组干预后满意度及知晓率均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论Teach back健康教育模式用于老年白内障手术病人能增强病人自我效能,提高护理满意度及临床健康教育知晓率,值得推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of Teach back health education model in the elderly patients receiving cataract surgery.Methods A total of 68 elderly patients with cataract were selected from January 2018 to June 2019.All the patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 34 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given Teach back health education model on the basis of control group.After the intervention,the scores of self-efficacy,the rate of nursing satisfaction,and the awareness of cataract knowledge,preoperative points,postoperative precautions,eye drop methods and discharge rehabilitation knowledge in the two groups were observed and compared.Results The scores of self-management,cognitive symptom management and daily life behavior in both groups were significantly increased after intervention,especially in the observation group(P<0.05).The rate of nursing satisfaction and the awareness in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Application of the Teach back health education model in the elderly patients receiving cataract surgery can enhance patients’self-efficacy,improve nursing satisfaction,and increase the awareness rate of clinical health education.
