先秦两汉简帛医书“补益剂”

Exploration and Analysis of Buyi Prescriptions in Bamboo and Silk Medical Books in Pre-Qin and Two Han Dynasties

医方是先秦两汉简帛医书的重要组成,而养生方又是简帛医方的重要内容。养生方主要涉及补益、延年、养颜、房中等,其中补益剂占养生方的一半以上,是养生方最主要的内容。由于出土文献破损严重,这些内容亟待系统整理。现通过对简帛医方中补益剂的整理,按现代方剂学进行分类,将其分为补气方、补阳方、阴阳双补方、补阴方四类。同时对补益剂特色进行总结,从而有助于梳理早期中医养生学的理论渊源,并为现代中医养生方剂提供借鉴。

Medical prescription is an important part of bamboo and silk medical books in the pre-Qin and Han Dynasties,and Yangsheng Formula is an important part of bamboo and silk medical prescription.Health preservation prescription mainly involves tonic,macrobiosis,nourish skin,Fangzhong,in which the Buyi Prescriptions accounts for more than half of the Yangyan Prescription,is the most important content of Yangyan Prescription.Due to the serious damage of unearthed documents,these contents need to be sorted out systematically.By sorting out the Buyi Prescriptions in bamboo and silk medical books,we classify them according to modern prescriptions and divide them into the following 4 categories:Buqi Formula,Buyang Formula,Yinyang Shuangbu Formula,Buyin Formula.Meanwhile,the characteristics of Buyi prescriptions are summarized,which will help to sort out the theoretical origin of early traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)health preservation,and provide reference for modern TCM health preservation prescriptions.
