摘要
利用克级催化裂化装置,以MTP(甲醇制丙烯)工艺副产混合芳烃为研究对象,研究了其在二次催化裂化加工过程中热裂化反应的特点,并考察了不同催化剂、空速、反应温度对产物组分及诱导期的影响。研究结果表明,采用催化剂2在体积空速1.0 h-1、反应温度360℃条件下,对MTP副产混合芳烃改质效果最显著,产物中烯烃质量分数降低了60%,芳烃的含量略有提升,反应产物的诱导期得到大幅改善,能够满足国Ⅵ汽油标准中诱导期不小于480 min的要求,说明该反应对二烯烃改质效果最佳。
The gram-grade catalytic cracking unit was used to study the mixed aromatics produced as a by-product of the MTP process.The characteristics of the thermal cracking reaction during the secondary catalytic cracking process were studied.And the effects of different catalyst,space velocity and reaction temperature on the product composition and induction period were investigated.The results show that the catalyst 2 has the most significant modification effect on MTP by-product mixed aromatics under the condition of 1.0 h-1 space velocity and 360℃reaction temperature.The content of hydrocarbons in the product is reduced by 60%,and the aromatics content is increased by nearly 2 times.The induction period of the reaction product is greatly improved,which can meet the requirements of no less than 480 minutes in GuoⅥgasoline standard.It shows that the reaction has the most significant effect on the modification of diene.
