远程管理系统在妊娠期糖尿病孕妇就诊中的应用

Application of remote management system in pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus attending outpatient clinic

目的评价远程管理系统对妊娠期糖尿病孕妇专科门诊就诊的影响。方法将374例妊娠期糖尿病孕妇按照就诊时间分为对照组199例和观察组175例。对照组对确诊孕妇采用电话、邮箱及信件等方式通知其就诊,观察组利用远程管理系统通知其就诊。比较两组通知时间、就诊时间、就诊延迟发生率。结果观察组通知时间、就诊时间、就诊延迟发生率显著短于和低于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论远程管理系统可为妊娠期糖尿病孕妇提供高效、便捷的就诊管理。

Objective To evaluate the effect of remote management system applied in pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM)attending a specialized outpatient clinic.Methods A total of 374 pregnant women with GDM were assigned into a control group of 199 and an intervention group of 175 chronologically.Telephone,e-mail and letters were employed to remind women of outpatient clinic follow-up visit after GDM diagnosis in the control group,while remote management system was used in the intervention group.Time for notification,time to first visit,and the incidence of delayed visit were compared between the two groups.Results Time for notification and time to first visit were significantly shortened,as well as the incidence of delayed visit was lower in the intervention group compared with the control group(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion Application of remote management system achieves efficient and convenient follow-up visit management for pregnant women with GDM.
