摘要 研究了干混添加物料花生四烯酸粉剂(ARA)粒径对婴幼儿配方奶粉混合均匀度的影响。结果表明,ARA粉剂粒径是影响产品混合均匀度的重要因素。当ARA粉剂粒径与半成品粉粒径相近或更小时,产品混合均匀度高。通过减少ARA粉剂中大颗粒的占比、调整ARA粉剂粒径与半成品粉相近是提升混合均匀度的有效方法。 The effect of arachidonic acid powder(ARA)particle size on the mixing uniformity of infant formula was studied.The results showed that the particle size of ARA powder was an important factor affecting the mixing uniformity of products.When the particle size of ARA powder was similar or smaller than that of semi-finished powder,the product mixing uniformity was better.It was an effective way to improve the mixing uniformity by reducing the proportion of large particles in ARA powder and adjusting the size of ARA powder to be similar to semi-finished powder.
