摘要
采用酶比色法测定乳粉中的胆碱含量会受到乳粉中抗坏血酸的影响,本文对影响机制进行了初步分析验证,并对检验方法进行了改进。实验结果表明:5 g乳粉中加入2 g活性炭粉可以消除低于300 mg/100g的抗坏血酸带来的抑制作用。该方法改进操作简单无毒,效果明显,为实验室检测和检测方法的改进提供参考。
The determination of choline content in milk powder by enzyme colorimetry was affected by the content of ascorbic acid.The in⁃fluence mechanism is analyzed and verified,and the test method is improved.The experimental results showed that the addition of 2 g activat⁃ed carbon powder to 5 g milk powder can eliminate the inhibitory effect of ascorbic acid below 300 mg/100g.The method has the advantag⁃es of simple operation,no toxicity and obvious effect.This paper can provide reference for laboratory detection and method improvement.
