In the context of social transformation,the management system,social environment,social needs,and technical support on which public libraries depend for survival have all changed.Public library reform is a new opportunity and a new challenge.The article attempts to analyze the driving factors of public library reform,discuss the measurement indicators of the success of public library reform,and put forward the vision of public library reform and development,in order to promote the development of public library cause.
