摘要
文章梳理了中美个人健康信息管理发展历程,对比了相关法律制度、组织体系与技术应用,系统分析美国经验亮点对中国个人健康信息管理的启示作用,提出应从健全法律制度规范、完善管理组织体系和加强技术应用等方面提升我国个人健康信息管理水平。
Combing the development process of personal health information management in the United States and China,and comparing the relevant legal system,organizational system and technical application of personal health information management,this paper systematically analyzes the enlightenment of the highlights of the US experience on the management of personal health information in China.It is proposed that the level of personal health information management in China should be improved in terms of improving the legal system,improving the management organization system,and strengthening the application of technology.
