摘要
[目的/意义]借助基金项目数据的创新投入量化特征,设计探测指标对人工智能技术主题的前沿性给予量化评测,以揭示人工智能不同技术主题的前沿进展态势。[方法/过程]基于词汇方法识别出人工智能领域主要创新型国家基金项目中蕴含的前沿技术主题,提出“立项强度”与“研发投入力度”两项指标对主题的前沿性进行评测,并将战略坐标图引入技术主题所属前沿程度的归类判定分析。[结果/结论]研究将所识别出的21个技术主题按其前沿性划分为“爆发期”“爆发前期”与“持续关注期”三类,表明所采用方法能够实现对技术主题前沿性的归类研判。
[Purpose/Significance]Based on the quantitative characteristics of the innovation input of the fund project data,we propose the quantitative evaluation indicators of the frontier of the artificial intelligence technology theme,in order to reveal the situation of AI frontier technology.[Method/Process]Firstly,this paper identifies the frontier technology theme contained in the major innovative national fund projects in AI field.Secondly,the indicators of"project strength"and"R&D strength"are used to evaluate the frontier of the theme,and the Strategic Coordinate Diagram is introduced into classification and judgment analysis of the frontier degree of the theme.[Result/Conclusion]The 21 themes identified in the research are divided into three categories of"outbreak period","pre-outbreak period"and"stable period",indicating that the method adopted can realize the classification and judgment of the frontiers of technology topics.
