新形势下加速河北省大豆产业提质增效的策略

Strategies to Speed up the Improvement of Quality and Efficiency of Soybean Industry in Hebei Province in the New Situation

中美贸易摩擦给我国大豆产业发展带来新的挑战,2019年农业农村部提出了大豆振兴计划,河北省是我国大豆优势产区之一,面临国家实施大豆振兴计划和国际贸易格局变化的双重契机。通过调研和数据整理分析,对河北省近年来的大豆产业发展现状、特色优势以及存在的主要问题进行了探讨,提出充分发挥河北省大豆产业技术体系创新团队的优势,全面优化品种结构、大力发展区域化种植、完善规模化机械化生产技术体系,形成一体化的高产栽培技术服务推广体系和产业化经营体系,提高我省大豆产业在新形式下的整体竞争力。

Sino-US trade frictions have brought new challenges to the development of Chinese soybean industry.In 2019,the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs proposed a soybean revitalization plan.Hebei Province is one of the dominant soybean production areas in China,facing the dual opportunity of the national implementation of soybean revitalization plan and changes in the international trade pattern.Through investigation and data collation and analysis,this paper discusses development status,characteristic advantages and main problems of the soybean industry in Hebei Province in recent years,and proposes to give full play to the advantages of the innovation team of the soybean industry technology system in Hebei Province,fully optimize the variety structure,vigorously develop regional cultivation,and improve large-scale mechanized production technology system,form an integrated high-yield cultivation technology service promotion system and industrialized management system,and improve the overall competitiveness of the province's soybean industry in a new form.
