番茄中MYC2调控南方根结线虫的敏感性 被引量:1

摘要 【目的】分析番茄株系接种南方根结线虫后的相关抗性指标,拟探究MYC2是否影响番茄对南方根结线虫的敏感性。【方法】以野生型番茄CM和MYC2敲除株系MYC2-CR为试验材料,在接种南方根结线虫7、14、21 d后,分别统计根结指数、根结分级和线虫体宽等指标。【结果】在接种南方根结线虫后,不仅MYC2-CR株系的根结指数和根结线虫体宽小于CM对照株系,而且在21 d时MYC2-CR株系的2、3、4级根结显著少于对照株系。【结论】番茄中MYC2突变后可以显著减少由南方根结线虫侵染而形成的根结数量,根结短径变小,并且对南方根结线虫的生长发育具有一定的抑制作用。 【Objective】Through analyzing the related resistance indexes of tomato lines inoculated with root-knot nematodes, to explore whether MYC2 affects the sensitivity of tomato to root-knot nematodes.【Methods】In this study, wild-type tomato CM and MYC2 CRISPR lines MYC2-CR were used as experimental materials. At 7, 14 and 21 days after inoculation with root-knot nematodes(RKNs), the data such as gall index, root knot size, and nematode body width were determined, respectively.【Results】The gall index and nematode body width of MYC2-CR lines were less than those of CM lines, moreover the 2 ed, 3 rd, 4 th grade root-knots of MYC2-CR lines were significantly less than those of CM lines at 21 days.【Conclusion】The mutation of MYC2 in tomato can significantly reduce the number and size of root-knots, and inhibit the growth and development of root-knot nematode.
