平谷地区不同鲜食桃品质分析 被引量:9

Fruit quality analysis of Prunus persica varieties in Pinggu area

摘要 【目的】为提升北京平谷地区桃果实品质并且选育优质品种。【方法】以平谷地区三种品系20个品种桃果实为试材,测定了总糖、可滴定酸和总酚含量,分析了糖酸比,综合评价了20个品种鲜食桃果实的品质。【结果】在所有品系中,毛桃‘夏之梦’糖酸比最高,达到33.12,‘瑞蟠3号’和‘突围’果实内糖酸比值在所测蟠桃和油桃品系中具有较高水平,口感较好;而‘大久保’的总酚含量显著高于所有测试品种,达到0.037 g/100g,油桃品系中的‘瑞光27号’的总酚含量高于其他油桃品种。【结论】研究结果为平谷地区鲜食桃品质的评价和品种改良提供参考。 【Objective】In order to improve the quality of peach fruits in Beijing Pinggu area and breed high-quality varieties.【Methods】The contents of total sugar, titratable acid and total phenol in 20 varieties of three peach lines in Pinggu area were determined, the ratio of sugar to acid was analyzed, and the fruit quality was comprehensively evaluated.【Results】Among all the lines, the sugar-acid ratio in ’Xia zhimeng’ was highest, up to 33.12. The sugar-acid ratio in the fruits of ’Ruipan 3’ and ’Tuwei’ were at higher levels in the tested flat peach and nectarine lines, and the flavor was good. The total phenol in ’Okubo’ was the highest in all tested varieties, reaching 0.037 g/100 g;The total phenol of ’Ruiguang 27’ in the nectarine strain was higher than that of other nectarine varieties.【Conclusion】The results of this study provide an important reference for fruit quality evaluation and promotion of peaches in Pinggu area.
