摘要
【目的】为研究白薇水煎液对LPS诱导的鸡肠炎模型的治疗效果。【方法】将60只28日龄肉鸡分为生理盐水组、LPS组和LPS+白薇水煎液组。连续3 d对各组灌服不同浓度的白薇水煎液(3、6、9 g/kg)及6 mL/kg的生理盐水。3 d后,除生理盐水组按1 mL/kg注射生理盐水外,其余各组腹腔注射2 mg/kg的LPS,12 h后收集鸡十二指肠进行组织病理切片,观察其肠道病理变化,利用ELISA的方法检测血清中淀粉样蛋白A(SAA)、卵转铁蛋白(OVT)、α-1-酸性糖蛋白(AGP)和白介素1β(IL-1β)表达水平。【结果】使用白薇水煎液(6 g/kg)后,可明显减轻LPS导致的肠绒毛黏膜上皮组织结构的损伤和炎性细胞浸润,并可显著或极显著抑制SAA(P<0.01)、OVT(P<0.05)、AGP(P<0.01)、IL-1β(P<0.01)炎性因子的表达。【结论】结果提示白薇水煎液(6 g/kg)具有较好的肠黏膜保护作用,抑制LPS刺激后血清中SAA、OVT、AGP、IL-1β的高表达。
【Objective】 To study the the rapeutic effect of Baiwei decoction on LPS-induced chicken enteritis model. 【Methods】 Sixty 28-day-old broilers were randomly divided into saline group, LPS group and LPS+Baiwei decoction group(3、6、9 g/kg). Each group was infused with Baiwei decoction and 6 mL/kg normal saline for three consecutive days. Three days later, except the normal saline group,the other groups were intraperitoneally injected with 2 mg/kg of LPS. After 12 h, the chicken duodenum was collected for histopathological section to observe the pathological changes of the intestine and the Serum amyloid A(SAA), ovotransferrin(OVT), α-1-acid glycoprotein(AGP) and interleukin 1β(IL-1β) expression levels were detected by ELISA. 【Results】 After using Baiwei decoction(6 g/kg), it can significantly alleviate the intestinal villi mucosal epithelial tissue damage and inflammatory cell infiltration caused by LPS, and inhibit SAA(P<0.01), OVT(P<0.05), AGP(P<0.01), IL-1β(P<0.01) expression. 【Conclusion】 The results suggest that Baiwei decoction(6 g/kg) has a good intestinal mucosa protection, inhibit the expression of SAA, OVT, AGP, IL-1β in serum after LPS stimulation.
