Evolution of Medical Professional Philosophy and Medical Career Apparel

基于医学专业理念由以疾病为中心到以患者为中心,再到以健康为中心的进化,围绕这种进化对医护职业装演变的影响,以及医学专业理念和医护职业装在医学工作者形象塑造和身份认同变化中的作用,探讨了医学主客体关系变化,医学专业理念进化及其对包括医护职业装在内的医学从业者行为方式的直接影响,特别是其与医护职业装演变的关系,提出医学专业新理念对医护职业装未来演变的影响,将出现一个更加强化其社会文化功能的中国特色医护职业装体系。

The philosophy of medicine evolutes from disease-centered to patient-centered,and then health-centered,which has a great impact on the evolution of medical career apparel.Both the medical philosophy and career apparel influence the image building and identity change of medical staff.This paper further explores the changes of medical subjects and objects as well as the changes of professional concepts and their direct influences on medical practitioners,especially their relationship with the evolution of medical career apparel.It proposes that the impact of new medical concept on the future evolution of medical career apparel will be the presence of a medical professional dress system with Chinese characteristics which will strengthen its social and cultural functions.
