菏泽市村级集体经济发展路径研究

The Development Path of Villages’Collective Economy in Heze City

发展村级集体经济是脱贫攻坚工作的重要抓手,是农村基层党组织运转的重要保障,是实现乡村振兴的重要举措。目前菏泽市村级集体经济大致可以划分为资产租赁型、资源开发型以及产业拉动型三种模式,应通过加大对村级集体经济的扶持力度,完善扶持机制;选优配强村“两委”班子,加大人才队伍建设;优化经济结构,实现可持续发展;明确产权,实现连片规模发展,探索出发展壮大村级集体经济的新路子。

The development of villages’collective economy is an important starting point for poverty alleviation,an important guarantee for the operation of rural grass-roots party organizations of CPC,and an important measure to realize rural revitalization.At present,villages’collective economy in Heze City can be roughly divided into asset leasing mode,resource development mode and industry driven mode.We should strengthen the support for villages’collective economy to improve the support mechanism,select and strengthen the village leadership to increase the construction of talent team,optimize the economic structure to realize the sustainable development,clarify the property rights to realize the continuous scale development,so as to explore a new way to develop and grow villages’collective economy.
